Continuous Improvement: a Process for Technology Roadmap Planning
With the changing business and technology environment, it’s critical for any asset-intensive organization to know where they’re headed and how to get there. NPPD recently launched a formal Technology Roadmap Planning process to align business objectives and technology capabilities. This session explained the process, the drivers and initial some results including the ability to identify, prioritize and plan for technology initiatives in the near-term and a standardized means of assessing the business value of technology projects.
